Simple Skirmish Automata

This is the outline of a system whereby small-scale skirmish battles can be run. It's suitable for implementation in software, but also simple enough to be run at a table. It's not a replacement for more usual RPG rules but it does a good job of stepping up the scale slightly from player-as-single-character.
